Pricing & Payments
All our prices are shown in UK pounds (£) and already include any VAT — nice and simple!
Delivery costs are added separately, and you’ll always see the full total before you hit “place order.” No surprises here.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but if something you’ve chosen isn’t available, we’ll get in touch and suggest an alternative if we can.
We accept payments by the cards listed at checkout, and your payment will be taken once we start processing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
All our treats are homemade to order, therefore please allow 5 working days for us to bake, package and ship your order.
Orders are posted using Royal Mail second class.
Local delivery is available at a reduced rate where appropriate (within a specific local zone).
Returns & Refunds
We want you (and your furry friend) to love your Pickle Chops Homemade Treats.
Because our treats are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — unless there’s a problem with the product.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch as soon as possible.
